TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING: 

DEFINITIONS 

HOTEL PACKAGES –Refers to the booking of a package that includes a hotel component. (Excluding Bucket List trips).

TICKETS-Refers to the purchase of Party Passes, Day Passes, and Individual Entry Tickets.

BUCKET LIST TRIPS –Refers to the booking of any of our Bucket List trips including Greece, Kenya, Dubai, Thailand, Colombia & Costa Rica & more.

Cancellation Terms & Conditions of Hotel Packages:

180 days or more prior to the travel date-Cancellation penalty of $ 100 per person

120-179 days prior to the travel date- Cancellation penalty of $ 250 per person

119 days or less prior to the travel date: 100% Cancellation penalty per person.

LATE PAYMENTS

If you choose to take advantage of our payment plan option, you are required to make scheduled payments on or before the specified due dates. We do not offer automatic withdrawal of payments. You may request a payment link via email or give us a call to have your payment processed by phone.

If you wish to request a change in the payment schedule, such requests must be made a minimum of seven days before the date your payment is due, and each request is subject to approval at the discretion of Sunset Destinations.

Please note that any payment that is more than 10 business days past due may result in your reservation being canceled without a refund.

REFUNDS

A reservation (apart from Bucket List trips & Ticket purchases) that may be entitled to a refund as per the terms of our cancellation policy will be processed at the time of the request. The refund may take a minimum of 30 business days to be processed. All refunds are sent by check only, to the respective payee.

PRICE CHANGE

No price changes will occur after the invoice has been issued and the first payment is received.

Mocha Fest Bucket List Trips, Individual Tickets, Weekend Passes are all 100% non-refundable from the time of purchase.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We recommend that all clients traveling outside of their country of origin purchase cancellation/interruption and medical insurance for the following reasons:

In the event you must cancel or cut your trip short due to a family medical emergency, natural disaster, or vendor bankruptcy.

To provide coverage for any incident that may occur while you are traveling that requires medical attention. This includes coverage for overseas medical expenses and emergency transportation to a medical facility in your country of residence.

To provide compensation in the event of lost or stolen baggage.

To have access to a 24/7 travel assistance program available to help you with travel emergencies.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate trip insurance coverage for your travel needs. Sunset Destinations will not be held liable for any incidents that may affect your vacation arrangements, caused by negligence on the part of the resort, airline, or any other third-party supplier we may use to facilitate your travel plans.

Please consult your local Travel Insurance provider and protect your investment.

MOCHA FEST FUTURE CREDIT

An in-house credit may be applicable at the discretion of Sunset Destinations & Events Inc, depending on how far in advance a booking is requested to be canceled, after a review of cancellation penalties by 3rd party providers such as a hotel, transportation company, excursions provider, etc.

If a credit is approved, it will be valid for 1 year from the date of cancellation of the original booking.

Once the applicable credit has been applied to a new booking, it will become null and void and cannot be re-applied towards another reservation/rebooking of another event.

Credits and client’s payments made to Sunset Destinations are not transferable between guests unless both parties send written authorization to reservations@vacationparties.com and are approved.

FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY

When you attend a Mocha Fest Event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interviews, photography, audio recording, video recording, and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Mocha Fest and its affiliates and representatives.Images, photos, and/or videos may be used to promote similar Mocha Fest events in the future, highlight the event, and exhibit the capabilities of Mocha Fest. You release Mocha Fest, its officers, and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings.By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged.You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Mocha Fest or the person or entity designated to do so by Mocha Fest.You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event. If for any reason a video, image, or any other form of recording of you is used by Mocha Fest for any one of the above-mentioned purposes, and you would like it removed, please email your request for removal to reservations@vacationparties.com

RESERVATION MODIFICATIONS

Any modifications to a reservation are subject to availability at the time of the request. Modifications include a name change, a date change, increase, or decrease of room nights, hotel change. All are subject to approval by Sunset Destinations & 3rd party providers, such as hotels, tour operators, excursion operators, etc. Oftentimes, a name change may not be possible if a hotel component is included within 60 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.

EARLY CHECK OUT/LATE CHECK IN OR NO-SHOWS

If you choose to shorten your reserved stay after checking into the hotel, no refund or credit will be issued. No-shows will result in a 100% loss & no credit will be applicable. The hotels in our contract will also not offer a refund or credit for unused nights or no-shows.

You must contact us in advance to alter your reservation dates, and modifications are subject to our above cancellation policy. Please contact us as early as possible to communicate your circumstances and minimize any additional charges.

PASSPORT/VISAS

All persons traveling outside of their country of residence are required to have a valid passport that does not expire for at least 6 months after your proposed travel dates end. Some countries may also require a Visitor's Visa for certain nationalities visiting their country.

Please visit http://www.visahq.com to check and confirm your documentation requirements. Sunset Destinations will not be held liable for a traveler's failure to produce their passport to required immigration authorities during their trip. In the case that a failure to obtain or produce your passport results in your being unable to travel, your reservation will still be held to the above cancellation policies and a refund and/or credit will not be issued.

HOTEL ROOM ALLOCATION

Hotels that Sunset Destinations contracts are solely responsible for room allocation in accordance with the category reserved by the Customer. Sunset Destinations has no responsibility with respect to the location of the room, decor, furnishings, or type of bed therein, which may vary according to its location on the hotel premises. Should a Customer choose to alter the room category upon arrival at the destination, such a change may be made subject to availability and payment of additional fees. Should the room category booked by a customer not be assigned as purchased by the respective hotel, Sunset Destinations/Mocha Fest will not be responsible for any monetary reimbursement or credits. The compensation must be communicated with the respective hotel.

HOTEL CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME

The Customer acknowledges and accepts that check-in time for most hotels is from 3 PM. Checkout time varies depending on the hotel but is usually between 11 am-12 pm. Customers who wish to check out later than the specified time may be required to pay additional charges.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Room requests, such as location, bedding configuration, or view are subject to availability at the time of hotel check-in and not guaranteed. It is the sole direction of the hotel to accommodate a customer’s request. Sunset Destinations does not allocate rooms of specific bedding and cannot be held responsible if the contracted hotel cannot accommodate one’s request.

HOTEL MAINTENANCE

To maintain the quality of services, resorts must regularly undergo maintenance, improvement, and renovation work, and, in some instances, expansion. Whenever construction or maintenance work likely to interfere with the use and enjoyment of any accommodation is brought to the attention of Sunset Destinations/Mocha Fest, every reasonable effort will be deployed to promptly notify Customers; however, Sunset Destinations cannot be held accountable for any inconvenience caused to guests.

3RD PARTY SUPPLIER TERMS

Sunset Destinations relies on the services of third-party providers to deliver its products. By completing your order, you accept the terms and conditions of our third-party services providers (Hotels, Tour Operators, Venues, Deejays, Performing artists, entertainers, production/event management companies, sponsors & affiliates).
