Brazil Entry Requirements
We continue to keep you updated on all you need to know before your anticipated trip to Brazil. As of right now it is not required that you are vaccinated to enter Brazil. You only need a negative Covid 19 PCR test to get into Brazil REGARDLESS of whether you have been vaccinated or not! However, all Hotels and attractions in Rio are now requiring that you show proof of vaccination before entry.
You will be required to fly to GIG international Airport. There are limited flights available so do not wait until the last minute to secure yours. Your arrival should be on Jan 13th and departure on Jan 18th, unless you are extending your dates independently. Once you have booked your flights, please send the details to: reservations@vacationparties.com so that we can coordinate your seamless transfers.

Citizens of the United States must be in possession of a Valid US Passport, which has to be valid for at least 6 months beyond your scheduled return date back to the United States. A Visa is not required.
A negative COVID19 PCR test (MUST BE PCR) – taken within 72 hours prior to flight departure is mandatory. The Negative Test is to be shown to the airline employees before boarding your plane to Brazil. The result must be in English, Portuguese, or Spanish.
A Health form must also be completed within 72 hours of boarding and presented upon arrival. Here is the link:

Note: Regarding covid testing for re-entry to the United States, we'll provide the information on how to get COVID testing within 2 weeks of your departure date.
Airport Transfers
Roundtrip airport transfers are included in your package. Please send an email with your flight details once they are booked so we can have your airport pickup and drop-off times arranged. You will receive an email with how to locate your transfer service within 2 weeks of your departure date.
